DESIGN BUILD
With over 30 yrs. experience designing new homes and additions GM Custom homes has many designs to choose from, or a complete custom design is no problem. Our designs take into consideration cost verses value. As your design progresses, we will discuss with you choices allowing for cost efficiency. All plans are checked for proper alignment of floors from basement up and all sizing of beams, roof loads and floor loads is taken into consideration, allowing you to know your home is structurally sound!

How we start will depend on your project. With an addition and or remodel we usually start at your home, taking pictures and notes of your project to get the feel for what you'd like. With new home we start with our questionnaire. Our questionnaire is an exhaustive list of questions that helps us determine your needs and desires. Everything from one to two stories, types of flooring, cabinets and so on.
